All exchanges and returns must be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for UAE orders, and 20 days for international orders. For local deliveries within the UAE, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques or through our online portal at www.ikun.ae. All requests for returns, however, must be strictly made online at www.ikun.ae for both local and international deliveries.
